Because quality control is what we’re all about, we offer a 100% quality guarantee. We carefully review printers looking to join our network and approve less than 20% of applications. When it comes to the printing itself, multiple factors influence the color, consistency and final result: machine type, machine setting, paper types, humidity in the room, when the machine was last cleaned, just to mention a few examples. Printing is a chemical process, and you can never achieve 100% consistency, but by printing on the same print machines, the same paper types and by implementing strict working processes at the print houses, we are able to get as close to perfect as possible.

Yes, you can track your order end-to-end. From the moment an order has been printed, packaged and scanned for delivery, your order details are updated with tracking information from our selected 3rd-party courier. In short, you can track orders end-to-end on one platform.

Most packages are delivered 3 business days after the order has been placed and confirmed. Exceptions may occur for high volumes, complex formats (glue binding takes 1 day extra), or certain countries. Today we print locally in US, Canada, Brazil, Chile, Europe, Singapore, India, Russia, China, Australia and New Zealand.

Yes, you can easily add more administrators and users to the solution. This can be done from the account settings (requires that you are an admin). Regular users can be added without additional costs. Additional administrators will have a yearly cost connected.
