Event logistics
Accommodation: Gelato will cover hotel arrangements from January 27-29 for up to 2 participants from your organization at Canopy Madrid Castellana.
Summit Venue: Loop21
Meals: All meals during the event will be provided.
Travel: Attendees are responsible for their own flights. Please ensure arrival by January 27 at 6:30 PM and schedule departures from the venue no earlier than 3:00 PM on January 29.
Event Fee: Complimentary for invited participants. Flights and incidental expenses are not included.
