Can customers in a free trial participate?

Yes, trial customers can accumulate rebates during the campaign. However, to redeem the rebate, you must activate an annual subscription by March.

What if my annual subscription is ending soon?

To ensure you continue earning rebates until February 14th, your subscription must remain active through the rebate period (ending in April). If your subscription expires within three months (e.g., in February), you will need to renew or extend it for another year to qualify for the rebate.

What about Valentine’s Day Last Order Dates (LODs)?

The specific LODs are shared above Please note that these dates will occur before February 14th to allow you to maximize the rebate period.

What should I do with the order deadlines?

We recommend that you review and communicate the order deadlines to your customers, so they can order their gifts in time to arrive prior to February 14. Last order dates will be communicated on this page as soon as they are ready.
