The role

We are looking for an analytically-driven, entrepreneurial Senior Operations Manager to help Gelato grow and develop its print operations and partnerships within Europe. You will be responsible for managing existing partnerships, ensuring quality assurance targets are met as well as on-time delivery to customers as well as identifying and onboarding new partners.

What you will be doing

  • Identifying and onboarding new print partners within Europe to Gelato’s network. Ensuring that each partner is using Gelato’s technology and tools.
  • Maintaining senior relationships with each partner and ensuring partners are successful with Gelato and that we achieve high partner satisfaction
  • Managing the operations of print partners within Europe to ensure that high-quality products are produced and delivered to end customers on time. Working to prevent and mitigate any operational issues that delay customer orders.
  • Working with print partners in your region to launch new products (for example 3D printing, apparel, home decor) in line with Gelato’s strategy of local production.
  • Analyzing partners on 3 dimensions: price, quality and production speed and guiding partners on how they can improve across these dimensions to gain a higher share of Gelato’s growth.
