Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a talented and aspiring Operations & Supply Chain Analyst to lead on operational insight and analytics for the Gelato Network, a global network of 70+ print partners and 35+ logistics providers in 30 countries. The Global Operations & Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for several important activities, including forecasting and pricing development in support of global supply chain expansion, insight generation on inventory and stock management.

What you will be doing

As the Operations & Supply Chain Analyst, you will work with the Gelato Network team to identify the key metrics and conduct required analysis to develop the insight required to effectively manage Gelato operations. Over time, you may take a leadership role on specific strategic or operational projects. You will ultimately be responsible for the quality of the data and insight provided to the network team.

  • Scope and understand the different metrics required to effectively support our global supply chain and inventory management
  • Support pricing development and our understanding of the cost base and profitability of our global supply chain
  • Maintain our forecasting models and supply planning for stockable products
  • Source the data, perform analysis and deliver the insight via intuitive, visual dashboards using existing BI tools (e.g., Looker)
  • Work closely with the print partner engagement team on processes for stockable products, using data to improve the experience for partners
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as required by the network team to provide quick, fact-based decision making

  • Data driven. You get excited about analyzing data and driving defect reduction, process improvement, and tool enhancements.
  • Business-fluent in English
