What you will be doing

 

As the Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving Gelato’'s revenue growth and operational excellence across multiple channels and international markets. Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will ensure that our customer facing teams are strategically aligned and equipped with the best tools and running the best processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. The Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for optimizing processes, tools, and data to enhance marketing and sales performance. This role ensures seamless alignment between marketing and sales teams, drives operational efficiency, and supports data-driven decision-making.

 

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and optimize sales and marketing automation platforms end to end from lead, campaign to support pipeline management and forecasting (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate data tracking and campaign performance reporting and deal flow from Lead to Closed Won.
  • Support demand generation efforts through data analysis and process enhancements.
  • Assist in defining and optimizing sales processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Support sales forecasting process by building a robust forecast methodology based on data
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, KPIs, and trends.
  • Facilitate alignment between sales and marketing teams through data sharing and process improvements
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key metrics and support business decisions.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

You may be a good fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or sales operations.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker,.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology industries.
  • Familiarity with revenue operations (RevOps) strategies.
  • Knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools is a plus
