Free Shipping On Orders Over $300 Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the B2B Sales Promotion ("Promotion") offered by Gelato.  These Terms are subject to Gelato Terms of Service (“Gelato T&C”).  All capitalized terms in these Terms shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in Gelato T&C.  In case of conflict, the Gelato T&C shall prevail. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to comply with these Terms.  Gelato reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion and to amend these Terms at any time at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. 

1. Eligibility:

This Promotion is open to all Customers who make Orders from the Gelato Platform (including Gelato dashboard or application). Gelato reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria and may exclude certain Customers at its sole discretion.

2. Promotion Period:

The Promotion will run until further notice. 

3. Promotion Details:

An eligible Customer who places an Order equal to or greater than $300 / €300 (calculated based on the product prices only and excluding taxes, withholding and deduction) will automatically receive free shipping (on the shipping method(s) designated by Gelato) on the same Order. This free shipping applies to all shipping destinations available on Gelato Platform. 

4. Application of Free Shipping:

The above free shipping shall automatically apply to the eligible Order, at the time the Order is placed. 

Discounts under this Promotion are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with the first order 50% off discount.

5. Exclusions:

The Promotion may exclude certain products, services, or Customers at the sole discretion of Gelato. The Promotion cannot be applied to previous purchases and cannot be retrospectively applied. .
