Alejandra is responsible for Latin America with a base in Chile. Before Gelato Alejandra worked for 10 years as consultant in various roles across all of South America, primarily advising companies in different industries on business strategy, product structures and capital structure. Before that Alejandra spent 8 years in investment banking at Citibank and JPMorgan. She was based in UK and Chile.
Alejandra holds an MBA from INSEAD and studied Business Administration and Economics at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Product Owner - Gelato Globe
Alex has 10 years of experience in software and telecom industries. Alex has worked in four continents on multiple international assignments and helped customers to achieve operational excellence and to transform their businesses.
In his previous company, NetCraker Tech, Alex has passed all the way from junior software engineer to senior manager and helped to grow the company from 50 people start-up to market leader with 2000+ people.
Alex holds an MBA from INSEAD business school and M. Sc in Applied Physics and Mathematics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
Customer Retention Specialist
Alyssa has 5 years of experience as consultant and project manager at Endeva.

Head of Corporate Communications
Barbara has over 15 years of experience in communications, media relations and as a spokesperson across industries. Barbara came to Gelato from Mozilla / Firefox, where she managed communications across Europe, Middle East and Africa for almost 7 years.
Previously, Barbara worked at eBay Inc. where she was responsible for developer PR as well as the communications for PayPal in Germany, Austria and Switzerland - from launch to several million customers.
Barbara holds a PhD. from the University of Giessen, Germany where she studied English, Spanish and Economics. Her studies also took her to Canada, Spain and the US.
Chief Financial Officer
Brent was previously CFO of EWOS, one of the world's largest suppliers of aquaculture feeds. At EWOS he drove significant operational improvement and growth before leading the sale of private-equity backed EWOS to Cargill - a 12 Billion NOK transaction. Prior to joining EWOS, Brent was CFO of SPT Group, a global software company. Before his two recent CFO positions, Brent spent 7 years working with technology and telecom clients at McKinsey and 3 years at Capital One.
Brent holds an MBA from INSEAD and studied Mathematics and Economics at Duke University.
Chief Commercial Officer
Carl was previously VP Global Sales at Klarna, a leading European payment provider. Carls primary focus is on the global expansion of Gelato Globe, but he also supports Gelato´s other business units. At Klarna, Carl worked on international expansion and headed up the global sales organization. Prior to Klarna, he spent three years with P&G in various financial positions.
Carl holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of Lund.
Country Manager - Brazil
Cesar has many years of experience from operating as CEO for multinational companies in Brazil - most recently as MD Ekornes Latin America, after leading the company´s launch of Latam 2007.
Cesar holds a Master of Business and Economics from BI Norwegian School of Management.
Chief Marketing Officer
Prior to this Christian was CEO for EasyPark Norway where he pioneered car parking mobile payment solutions. Christian has also worked 7,5 years within the Tele2 Group. In his final position within Tele2, he was responsible for Sales and Marketing with an annual budget of roughly 100 Million USD.
Christian is a graduate from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
Project Manager - Gelato Network
Previously, Cristina has worked as project manager and scrum master consultant in Bouvet and in EVRY Financial Services. She also has 4 years experience as software developer and technical product owner from Romanian and German companies.
Cristina holds a MSc in Business Engineering from Steinbeis University and a MSc in Computer Science from Polytechnics University of Bucharest.
Business Development Specialist, Gelato Globe
David was previously Key Account Manager at Meltwater – a world leading company within Media Intelligence. Prior to Meltwater, he worked for GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy and Rockwell Collins.
David holds an MSc in Ind. Engineering and Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
Chief Operating Officer
Fredrik has proven track record of building, managing and executing start-up ventures, companies and projects in the international telecom, and renewable energy industry. Most recently he has been managing the market entry of E.ON in Norway and has successfully secured one of the largest project portfolios in the country.
Previously, Fredrik held several positions within the Tele2 group, such as Manager of the broadband portfolio, and responsible for launching the second brand of Tele2, Optimal Telecom which, in one year, became the 3rd largest fixed operator in Sweden.
Fredrik has a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Lund Institute of Technology and studies in Economics and Managerial Finance at Harvard.
Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Henrik and his team launched Optimalprint in 2007. As Optimalprint grew so did the idea on how to improve the profitability and efficiency within the printing industry. This led to the launch of Gelato in August 2012.
Previously, Henrik worked at Tele2, a telco challenging the traditional industry. Henrik held positions such as CEO-assistant and Head of the Business Customer Area in Sweden. From 2003 to 2006 he was CEO of Tele2 Norway, growing the company from 1.5 billion NOK to 3.2 billion NOK.
Henrik has an M.Sc.E; Major in Managerial Economics from Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden.
Business Development, Gelato Globe
Ida joined Gelato in 2016 as Account Manager within Gelato Globe.
Previously, Ida worked within Corporate Development and M&A at AxIndustries, following a Management Trainee position at Axel Johnson International. Ida will be focusing on sales and development of the sales organisation.
Ida holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering & Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, and a B.Sc in Business & Economics from Stockholm School of Economics.
Irina has held a variety of roles within Operations. She is currently responsible for the accounting processes.
Irina has an M.A. in Languages and Communication from Herzen University in Saint-Petersburg, a BA in Economics from Oslo University College with finance and accounting courses from the Norwegian Business School (BI).
Head of Procurement
Jill has a vast experience as responsible for establishing the procurement area within companies in start-up and expansion phases. Most recently she has been governing the procurement of the shared LTE Network for Tele2 and Telenor in Sweden. The environments have been international and multi-cultural.
In addition, Jill has a solid experience from telecommunications also having been involved in the launches of 2G, 3G and 4G and keeping various positions such as Retention Manager and Project Manager for 3G.
Jill has an M.Sc. and BA in International Marketing from Gothenburg School of Economics.
Joao previously worked for LinkedIn and Volkswagen in Singapore, Brazil and Germany, where he focused on Digital Transformation, Operations and Strategy.
Joao holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.S in Economics & Coursework and a B.A in Social Communications from Federal University of Minas Gerais.

Before joining Gelato, Jose was EVP and Managing Director Commercial Marine Division at Navico, a leading provider of marine electronics, where he established a new global division and achieved significant growth both organically and through M&A.
Prior to that, Jose was a Principal at Bain & Company, where he worked in strategy, M&A and sales excellence with telecom, technology, and private equity clients.
Jose holds an MBA from INSEAD and a MSc in Computer Science from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
Head of Production
Kasia is responsible for the cooperation with all print houses globally. She makes sure that our customers receive their orders on time and that they are of the highest quality.
Before joining Gelato, she worked as customer service & help desk agent and assisted in the management of various NGO projects.
Kasia has a Master degree in Sociology from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland.
Chief Communication Officer
Lars was previously EVP of New Growth & Strategy at Tele2. Prior to that position he headed Investor Relations and Group Communications. Before joining Tele2, Lars was a portfolio manager and analyst for the Telco sector at Swedbank Robur, one of the Nordic’s largest asset managers.
Lars has a MScBA in Economics and Management from University of Jonkoping. He has also studied at SFSU in the US and Concordia University in Canada.
Head of Project Management
He has 5 years of experience as management consultant working on international assignments in various industries. With a focus on the Manufacturing, Retail & Distribution sector he served clients within strategy, operations improvements and transformation.
He also has prior experience from several start-ups developing consumer electronics and accounting software. Marcus core competence is to manage complex projects in a fast moving environment.
Marcus has an M.Sc.E with specialization in Corporate Finance from Stockholm School of Economics.
Product Marketing and Onboarding Specialist
Maria is supporting S&M towards corporate customers.
Maria was previously working with purchasing flow analysis and product pricing strategies for Schneider Electric in Norway. Schneider Electric is a global leader within energy management with 180.000 employees in 100+ countries. Prior to that she attained a Master degree in Marketing. Maria has also managed a chain of 4 coffee shops with 10+ employees which provided great exposure towards the challenges of leading people across 4 sites as well as operating 4 different production places in parallel.
Maria holds a MSc in Strategic Marketing Management from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bsc in Economics from Babes-Bolyai University in Romania.
Head of Front-End Development
Masud is an experienced Front End designer and developer with proven ability to deliver world class projects.
He has previously worked with different software companies and design agencies.
Masud received his bachelor degree in Computing from Staffordshire University UK.
Mathias has many years of experience in recruitment - most recently as Talent Acquisition manager at Klarna, where he among several assignments were focusing on Klarna´s North America launch and expansion.
Mathias holds a Ma Arts, Psychology & Management from University of St. Andrews.
Chief Technology Officer
Between 1999 and 2008 Mike has been part of various programming teams working within fast growing IT companies, e.g. Everyday.com and Skype. During his last years at Skype, Mike worked as Web Backend Analyst. This responsibility granted unique insights related to the new technologies employed at Skype.
Mike is an efficient programming expert, providing our customers and us with the best possible, yet highly cost-efficient, technological Products.
Mike received his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Tallinn University of Technology, Estonia.
Acquisition and Online Marketing Specialist
He previously worked in Account Management and Business Development at Bauer Media, Australia’s largest publishing company. During his time there, he was a finalist for the Australian Retail Executive of the Year Award.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Sydney Business School.
Oleksandr has 8+ years of experience in developing various projects for WEB and 3 years being a project manager of development team focusing on building WEB solutions for clients from Europe, Australia, North and South America such as hotels booking portal, e-commerce store warehouse management, whitelabeling for news and insurance reselling portals.
Oleksandr has a Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences from Donbas State Mechanical Engineering Academy in Ukraine.
Team Leader - Development
Oleksandr has a wide experience in developing custom WEB solutions including e-commerce stores building and cross platform integration. He also worked for 3.5 years as a project manager leading team of developers to deliver software development projects primarily for US and European start-ups.
Oleksandr has a Master degree in Computer Sciences and Bachelor in Economics from Donbas State Mechanical Engineering Academy in Ukraine.
Prior to Gelato, Oleksii worked as software developer in Ukrainian IT outsourcing company for 2 years. He has 5 years of experience in backend and frontend development for WEB. During this time he was involved in development of financial reporting, design interactive editing and e-commerce applications.

Paulina has many years experience in sales from the banking sector - most recently as Senior Associate at Morgan Stanley responsible for the Nordic Credit Sales team in London.
Paulina has an M.Sc.E Major in Accounting and Financial Management from Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden.
Enterprise Sales SE
Previously, Philip held several Sales Director positions at Ericsson. He was managing large accounts such as Millicom, Telenor, TeliaSonera and America Movil. Philip joins Gelato with an extensive international experience including working in countries such as: Mexico, Tanzania, Sweden and Spain.
Philip holds a MSc in Electrical Engineering at Lund Institute of Technology.
Previously, Predrag served as Business Program Manager at Microsoft focusing on Central & Eastern Europe. Prior to Microsoft, he worked at Egon Zehnder in New York.
Predrag has an MBA from INSEAD (France), and B.Sc. in Finance from St. Francis College (New York).
He comes with extensive international finance experience, having spent 6 years working for HSBC in London and New York. More recently Ranajay spent 7 years working at EnterCard, a Scandinavian finance company, where he held several leadership positions within the Finance team.

Rebecca ensures that all Gelato customers - individuals on Optimalprint as well as global companies printing with Gelato Globe, have a seamless experience when using our services.
Previously, she worked in Customer Service for Amazon, where she was responsible for customer experience, delivery experience, executive customer relations, and social media customer service in the UK.
Prior to Amazon, Rebecca worked as a Strategy & Operations consultant at Deloitte, supporting public sector clients in Washington, DC.
Rebecca holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA in Latin American Studies and East Asian Studies from the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.
Business Intelligence Manager
Robert is responsible for business intelligence analysis, execution and optimisation.
He has previously worked as a Research Associate within the Strategy Department at BI Norwegian Business School, where he was part of the team analysing the Financial Services industry in Norway.
Robert holds an MSc in Business and Economics from BI Norwegian Business School and a BSc in Economic Cybernetics from Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies.
Rodrigo is responsible for geographical expansion of Gelato Network. He has spent 9 years in various manager positions within Itaú Unibanco, the largest Brazilian bank ($56B in revenue during 2014). Rodrigo has worked in several Latin American markets as well as in Europe. Most recently, he managed the development of expansion to new markets in Latin America.
With his background Rodrigo has unique operational experience within geographical expansion as well as negotiations. He also has a cultural understanding of Latin America, which is a market that will grow in importance for Gelato.
Rodrigo has an MBA from INSEAD business school and a M.Sc. in Mathematics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Global Accounting Specialist
Sanju previously worked as an Associate for Goldman Sachs and HP in Bangalore and London.
He worked with payments, invoicing, management reporting and procurement.
Sanju holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mahatma Gandhi University, India and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis International University, India.
Country Manager - India
Prior to joining Gelato, Sid was the CEO and Founder of VoxPop, India's largest online platform to develop and distribute pop-culture merchandise. He sold the business to US-based Bioworld Merchandising. Prior to VoxPop, Sid spent several years at Walt Disney in various capacities. He managed the merchandising business for the company as well as was instrumental in growing the Studio business for the company. Sid has also spent a few years at McKinsey advising various clients across Telecom, Media and Financial Services.
Sid has an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BBA with Honors from the University of Texas, Austin.
Product Owner - Gelato Air
Styrbjörn has 3,5 years of experience within the Tele2 Group and the telecommunication business to consumer market. He has managed Tele2 Sweden’s prepaid portfolio, worked as internal consultant on the post-merger integration of Tele2’s acquisiton of Network Norway in 2011 and was previous to that management trainee for the CEO of Tele2.
Styrbjörn has a M.Sc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University and studied at Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule in Zürich, where he wrote his master thesis on liquidity risk in bank networks.
Prior to Gelato, Sven worked as a finance controller in Telenor where he had various responsibilities within the operations division, such as the OPEX budgets of Telenor’s mobile operations in Norway.
Sven has a double M.Sc degree in financial economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), and CEMS master in international management from the University of St. Gallen.
Lead Management Specialist
Previously, Tayse worked at the United Nations, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and at media outlets. Most recently, she served as Institutional Relations advisor at Rio de Janeiro's Governor Office for projects related to the World Cup and the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Tayse holds an M.A. in Global Studies from the Universität Leipzig, and B.A.s in Journalism (Pontifícia Universidade Católica) and History (Universidade Federal Fluminense).
Marketing Analytics and AI Analyst
Before joining Gelato, Tian worked as a researcher of machine learning algorithm development for predictive analytics at AstraZeneca. Prior to that, she did her PhD at Uppsala University, Sweden, focusing on computational modeling, data analysis and product design.
Besides a PhD in Computational Sciences, Tian holds a Master of Medical Sciences from Uppsala University and Bachelor of Pharmacy from Wuhan University in China.

She most recently worked in Business Development at PwC Hong Kong, and prior to that she led the global B2B partnership program for Samsung's mobile products in South Korea. In her early career, Tina was at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu focused on account management best practices in New York City.
Tina holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin.
Valentina is responsible for providing administrative support to Gelato staff and management.
Valentina holds Bachelor Degree in Business from University of National and World Economy in Bulgaria and recently graduated with Master Degree from University of Oslo.
Vitaliy has extensive experience within both frontend and backend technologies having developed e-commerce platforms, web applications, performed integrations and setup of payment systems. During last couple of years Vitaliy has focused on optimisation and development of high load systems.
Vitaliy has a MSc degree in System Programming with specialisation in Software Engineering from Kirovograd National Technical University in Ukraine.
Before joining Gelato, Yana worked as software developer and project manager in Kiev, Ukraine. Her main focus is quality assurance and project management across mobile and desktop platforms. With her background Yana efficiently manages communication between product owners and development teams.
Yana has a Master degree in Computer Sciences from National Technical University of Ukraine - Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

Youssef has previous experience as Sales manager UK, Middle East and North Africa from Education First - as well as 10 years of experience from working at Apple.
At Apple Youssef built the ops and business at UAE from early stage, focusing on setting up Apple enterprise and education verticals in UAE and developing strategies for partnerships and channels sales.
Youssef holds a Bachelor of Engineer from American University of Beirut, as well as an MBA from Insead.

Previously, Yulia worked as a Partnership Development Manager at Microsoft Philippines, where she was responsible for growing the cloud business. Prior to Microsoft, she worked in consumer goods sales and marketing at Unilever and Procter & Gamble in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, where she managed the partnership with retailers.
Yulia holds an MBA from INSEAD Business School and a BA of World Economics from Russian State University of Trade and Economics in Moscow.
